The Employee Development Center (EDC) is a division of Weill Medical College at Cornell University. The Center’s mission is to go beyond the traditional models for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) by blending proven methods for delivering care and consultation with innovation. EDC offers comprehensive EAP and related consultation in corporate, international, financial, legal and medical settings.
