We all have problems that can affect our personal or work lives. Providing employees with information, assessment, short-term counseling, crisis intervention and referral for child and elder care, legal and financial matters, alcohol/drug abuse, marital difficulties, bereavement and other emotional stresses, can decrease, if not prevent the effects of personal problems on job performance. The costs associated with personal problems in the work- place including lateness, absenteeism and accidents can be reduced or eliminated.


An EAP supports executives and managers when dealing with declining job performance, morale problems or major change. Management training is integral to our work, because we recognize that most managers are not trained to manage. We encourage them to intervene earlier rather than later. The productivity of employees and effectiveness of your managers will be improved as a result of implementing a comprehensive EAP.


Recruiting and retaining competent, productive employees has never been more important. Minimizing turnover and developing each employee's potential are goals for enlightened managers. Our EAP offers innovative solutions to the problems presented by today workplace.
